- Description:
DEN Ambassadors assist passengers traveling through the airport in a variety of ways, including directing passengers to connecting flights, helping reunite long-lost friends, capturing group photos, and answering general questions about getting around the airport.
The hospitality that travelers find at Denver International Airport has a lot to do with interactions with our Ambassador Volunteers. From the moment travelers step off a plane or walk into Jeppesen Terminal, there’s a friendly and efficient team looking out for them.
- Requirements:
Ambassador Volunteers should have strong communication skills, excellent customer service standards, and be able to complete a 4-hour volunteer shift.
- All airport volunteers must complete an interview, Airport Security background checks, fingerprinting and security testing prior to obtaining an airport ID badge.

- Access to the wellness facility located at DEN: The employee wellness center is available to our volunteers.
- Flexible Schedule: We offer flexible volunteer schedules with shifts available on weekdays and weekends between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
- Time Commitment:
- The hourly commitment is 32 hours a quarter
